A live performance of Joshua’s original song about the dementia caregiver experience, presented at New Village Arts’ First Annual Film Festival.
Tent Music, the self-titled album by Micaela Tobin (White Boy Scream) and Joshua Hill, was improvised over two nights in a Northern Arizona tent, blending voice, electronics, and violin into evocative songs paired with a 32-page illustrated sigil booklet by Garek Druss.
Through inventive sound experiments, Joshua Hill stages a series of fragmented memories from his father and singer, Greg Hill, who was diagnosed with dementia early last year.
